We understand the importance of privacy and intellectual property for our users. Any audio or music files (“works”) you upload to Ivory for transcription or processing are treated as strictly confidential. We guarantee that:

  • Your uploaded works will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for any reason other than providing you with the requested service.
  • We do not use your works for training, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your direct use of the Ivory service.
  • Access to your works is strictly limited to authorized personnel and only as necessary to operate and maintain the service.
  • Upon your request, or after a reasonable retention period, your uploaded works will be securely deleted from our systems.
